Engineering and Design    

Contechs provides a comprehensive range of engineering and design services encompassing all aspects of the development process from initial concepts through to manufacturing and product launch. Contechs can commence projects in their own Studios utilising an experienced Concept Design team. These initial schemes can be developed as full engineering products in the disciplines of Body Engineering and Structural Design, Interior and Exterior Trim, Electrical, and Chassis and Powertrain Installation. Contechs can also provide specialist engineering teams to undertake such activities as Dimensional Management, Cost and Weight Engineering, Vehicle Integration and Homologation.

 

Contechs has also recently created Contechs Manufacturing Ltd to offer manufacturing, prototyping and craftsmanship services and Contechs Trimming Ltd to offer an interior trim design, development and niche production capability to complement the company's core design and engineering skills.

Material Handling    

Contechs provides the vehicle and transportation industry sectors with a comprehensive CAD Design, Prototype development and Production Manufacture service for:

Special Shipping Racks To accommodate Engine, Body, Trim and Chassis components.
In-process Sequencing Racks and Trailers.
In-plant Equipment.
Rack Internal Dunnage Manufactured from Polyurethane, Foam, Plastic Coated Steel, Vacuum Foam Trays and Textiles.
